1、Students who have special reasons and obtain authorization of chairpersons of their major department will be exempt from this regulation. Please send related documents to the Curricular Division.)
2、『Add and drop after school starts (2-13 March)』and 『Post-deadline add and drop within one week after the deadline(16-20 March)』for the second semester of the 2019 school year
(1)All the course registration process has been online. When the addition or cancellation of registration cannot get through on the website for any reason, students should fill out the Online Course Add and Drop Application Form (downloadable from the Curriculum Division Website https://aadm.nctu.edu.tw/chcourse/?page_id=208 ) to make an application for adding or dropping a course. Students are required to confirm online the result of course adding or dropping on the school website by the deadline.
(2)If there is a case where student is quarantined, please ask the chairman of department and teachers for help, and you can use the form of “class selection guidance note” (signed by the department head).
3、If a case student is absent from class due to leave, he will be asked to provide guidance to the class teacher and coordinate with the teacher to complete the supplementary examination.
