Due to worsening of epidemic condition, the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has updated travel advisory for HK, Macau, Singapore and Thailand.
Updated travel advisory as of February 11, 2020:
Mainland China, HK and Macau: Level 3 (highest level) = Travel Warning = Avoid non-essential trip to Mainland China, HK and Macau
Singapore: Level 2 = Travel Alert = Take extra precaution and take prevention methods during trip to Singapore
Thailand: Level 1 = Watch = Follow local epidemic prevention procedures during travel

Reminder from the University:
Due to the worsening of epidemic status, please avoid transiting via Mainland China, HK and Macau.
Please note that the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control now requires passenger transiting via Mainland China, HK and Macau to go through a 14-day home quarantine procedure after arriving Taiwan. (Home quarantine is not required if you transited there and arrived Taiwan before February 10).
If you are still going to make a transit/stopover via Mainland China, HK and Macau, please inform us immediately!

Please also be very careful when you make transit via Singapore and Thailand.
Travelers are advised to:

▶️Keep an eye on the epidemic status of the places where you are going make transit and make changes when necessary.
▶️Keep good hygiene habits
▶️Protect yourself throughout the trip
